Warranty, Returns & Refunds
Before purchasing, we encourage all customers to read and understand the terms
and conditions, warranty and returns policy.
Warranty:
Wild Night Fantasies offer a 120-day warranty on all sex toys. Some products come with an extended manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective within this time, please contact our service centre on 1300 620 859 or info@wildnightfantasies.com.au to discuss further with one of our friendly team members. We will require proof of purchase and discuss troubleshooting steps. If at this point the item is found to be defective, we will repair, refund or replace the product or with a similar product depending on stock availability.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Review the operating and troubleshooting manual
- Make sure the toy has been fully charged using the correct charging cord
- The power light should be flashing to signal it is charging, and then a solid light once it is fully charged
- Once charged, turn the toy on by holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds. Some toys take 3-5 seconds start turn on.
- If your toy operates on batteries, ensure new batteries have been installed in the correct position.
- Always refer to the operation manual to assist.
Return & Exchange:
If your item is still defective (and within 120 days) after completing the troubleshooting steps, we can happily assist you! Contact our service centre on 1300 620 859 or info@wildnightfantasies.com.au. Please have the following details available to assist our friendly staff.
- Proof of purchase and order number
- Full name
- Contact details including email and phone number
- Details about the fault
We will assess your item and let you know the outcome. After assessment, if your item is found to be defective, we will happily repair, replace or refund the purchase amount of the item.
Return/exchange for an online purchase:
After initial contact with our service centre by phone or email, we will send via email a paid return label that covers the shipping costs for the return of the item. The item can be sent back in its original discreet packaging box with the paid return label attached to the outside. Once completed, take the package to your nearest Australia Post for hassle free returns!
If the defective item has been used, please ensure it has been thoroughly cleaned and washed using a toy cleaner or antibacterial wipes.
At Wild Night Fantasies, we highly value customer satisfaction, and we can gladly assist with free of charge returns.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used to purchase the item. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed into your account once we have finalised the refund request.
Change Of Mind Returns:
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you can exchange or receive a refund. If the item hasn’t been opened or used, is in its original packaging and condition, and all labels and tags are still attached, we can discuss options for an exchange or full refund. Please ensure the returns are completed within 21 days of purchase.
If your item has been opened and/or used, we cannot exchange or refund the item. We take health and safety very seriously, but please contact our service centre on 1300 620 859 or info@wildnightfantasies.com.au to discuss with one of our friendly team members
Upon refund and/or exchange, we will require the following details:
- Proof of purchase and order number

- Reason for refund/exchange
