        Warranty, Returns & Refunds

        Warranty:

        Wild Night Fantasies offer a 120-day warranty on all sex toys. Some products come with an extended manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective within this time, please contact our service centre on 1300 620 859 or info@wildnightfantasies.com.au to discuss further with one of our friendly team members. We will require proof of purchase and discuss troubleshooting steps. If at this point the item is found to be defective, we will repair, refund or replace the product or with a similar product depending on stock availability.

        Troubleshooting steps:

        1. Review the operating and troubleshooting manual
        2. Make sure the toy has been fully charged using the correct charging cord
        3. The power light should be flashing to signal it is charging, and then a solid light once it is fully charged
        4. Once charged, turn the toy on by holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds. Some toys take 3-5 seconds start turn on.
        5. If your toy operates on batteries, ensure new batteries have been installed in the correct position.
        6. Always refer to the operation manual to assist.

        Return & Exchange:

        Return/exchange for an online purchase:

        After initial contact with our service centre by phone or email, we will send via email a paid return label that covers the shipping costs for the return of the item. The item can be sent back in its original discreet packaging box with the paid return label attached to the outside.
